Pathfinder is a rich and complex fantasy RPG that uses the same d20 ruleset at the core of Dungeons & Dragons. Players take on the role of heroic adventurers, often explorers and scholars employed by the Pathfinder Society, who travel the world solving problems, unravelling mysteries and unearthing ancient magical artifacts. The game emphasizes team play and mobile, varied combat using the innovative "3 actions" system. Characters are expected to work together in Pathfinder, enemies will work together so the heroes need to as well! The adventure is set in the detailed fantasy world of Golarion near the logging village of Otari.

The heroes press deeper into the mysterious deeper levels of the Gauntlight complex following the trail of the ghost of Otari. A tense encounter has given them fresh clues as to what evils lurk nearby.

Note: This is a Pathfinder 2 session, only characters from the Pathfinder 2E Remaster will be allowed! This will be a partial run through of the Abomination Vault adventure path, with substantial story edits from me and focused on scenes to fit a 4-hour session.

There are no expectations of system knowledge, I'll explain as we go. I'll also have the pregen iconic characters (default characters for each class) at level 4 available to choose from – if you wish to play a custom character please talk to me (Paul B / Dungeon Meowster on Discord). The iconics are available on Paizo's website to download for free, here https://paizo.com/products/btq02evu if you want to choose one in advance. My tables are high adventure and roleplay friendly; we only have 4 hours together so we'll jump into the action quickly and keep a moderate pace going!

Non-PW Game: This table does not use Persistent World characters. Please carefully read the table description to determine if there are special requirements for your character, or if characters are going to be provided by the GM.

18+: Please note that this is an 18+ event and minors are not permitted to attend.

Licensed Venue: The venue we are playing at is a fully licensed establishment with a proper food and drinks menu. No outside food or drink, it is appreciated if you purchase something. Also, don’t forget to tip your server!
