General Changes:
Most Dragonmark Feats approved, but are only available as General Feats from Level 4+. No ASI is included for the base version.
The spell "Conjure Minor Elementals" has been unbanned, but it cannot be upcast.

All player characters are considered Humanoid for any prerequisite or effect that requires them to be Humanoid. For example, a Faerie character counts having both the Fey and Humanoid types.

Magic Item Pricing Changes:

General Changes:
The new "Circle Casting" mechanic is not approved for use by players.
GMs are now able to view Toronto DnD character details (stat rolls, items bought etc) for characters assigned to their sessions.
The spell "Conjure Minor Elementals" is approved for Genie Paladins only, no spell scaling allowed. The spell is still banned for all other classes and subclasses.
