This game is being put on in association with a research team from Western University, studying how playing D&D can affect our perception of people in the world. If you play in this game, you will be provided with four surveys to complete. One before, one right after, one a day after, and one a week later. You will receive compensation based on survey completion, with the opportunity to earn up to $60 CAD for completing all four. Pregen characters will be provided for you to use. Important: Only sign up for this table is you are okay with completing the surveys. This is a legitimate research project, and acquiring real world data is the ultimate goal. Do it for science! In the foggy streets of Nos, the Misty City, a mystery is about to unfold. A group of monster hunters returns from a hunting trip, but before they can collect their reward they are confronted with death and confusion. The party of adventurers must uncover the mystery behind a string of odd murders, vanquish the culprit and connect with the people left behind in the wake of this senseless death.

    Dungeons & Dragons 5.5 Edition

    https://dnd.wizards.com/start-playing-dnd

    Description:

The first Dungeons & Dragons game was played back when Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson chose to personalize the massive battles of their fantasy wargames with the exploits of individual heroes. This inspiration became the first fantasy roleplaying game, in which players are characters in an ongoing fantasy story. This new kind of game has become immensely popular over the years, and D&D has grown to include many new ways to vividly experience worlds of heroic fantasy. The core of D&D is storytelling. You and your friends may tell a story together, guiding your heroes through quests for treasure, battles with deadly foes, daring rescues, courtly intrigue, and much more. You can also explore the many worlds of D&D through any of the hundreds of novels written by today's hottest fantasy authors, as well as engaging board games and immersive video games. All of these stories are part of D&D.
