TROIKA! is a stand-alone science-fantasy roleplaying game where you and your cosmopolitan group of fellow travellers explore the ends of the multiverse. You will fly on mystic barges, help dying gods, solve confounding crimes, plunder dead worlds, and meet strange & wonderful people. Or, in this case, just go to the post office.

As the goblinsʼ labyrinth connected more and more spheres together, the need for efficient inter-sphere mail delivery grew. Goblins enthusiastically attempted to satisfy this new demand, and so postal offices sprouted all over the spheres.

The number of post offices rose to a dangerous extent, resulting in the Great Goblin Mail War: Piles of important paperwork shipped without a stamp, the crash of the postal stamp bubble, mailgobs going missing because of mail bandits or saboteurs from rival offices. It was a bureaucratic bloodbath.

After many headaches, and fingers lost to paper cuts, the Goblin King eventually emitted royal licences to end the escalating conflict. Nowadays, rogue mail offices are still a nuisance, but the goblin delivery ecosystem has reached a certain balance.

Goblins are yet to figure out the efficiency side of their mail system, and a package posted to a nearby town can easily be delivered to the ruins of a fallen post office in another sphere, sitting there for years until some brave goblin or adventurer retrieves it.

A patron has hired your motley group to retrieve a package, and hopefully it's not one of the ones we just mentioned.

Non-PW Game: This table does not use Persistent World characters. Please carefully read the table description to determine if there are special requirements for your character, or if characters are going to be provided by the GM.
