• 20th level characters
• 27 Point Buy for generating ability scores (no rolling for stats or bringing existing characters). Multiclassing and Feats are allowed.
• 1 Legendary, 1 Very Rare, 2 Rare magic items from the Toronto D&D approved list + 2 superior healing potions. Characters may trade down in a rarity tier if they wish, but get no additional benefit or extra items.
• 10,000 gp for mundane purchases (i.e. armour, mounts, spell components, etc). Players may not buy any magic items with gold (e.g. spell scrolls, potions).
• Banned Spells: Wish, Simulacrum
